Refund rules:
If you have any complaints or are dissatisfaction, including questions about refunds, you can contact the Administrator.
To do so, you need to leave a written request using the feedback form below. Your request will definitely be processed, wait for a response.
If you have applied for the return of tickets for canceled or postponed events, such a reques will be immediately forwarded to the Event Organizer for consideration so that they can make a decision on reimbursement.
You can also use the feedback form to resolve other issues.
We remind you that in accordance with the Ukrainian Law, refunds for canceled or postponed events are processed exclusively by the official Organizer of the event, therefore, you have the right to contact the Organizer of the event yourself.
